WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE. Purchased two dresses delivered on 5/5 and due to work constraints unable to try on until 5/13. Fit was poor and not my style once I was able to try on. I tried to return the dresses on my first day off 5/16 (tags still on, all packing material kept, dress on for 5 minutes at best). Had to text "HELLO" to some "person" who informed me after I waited several hours for a response that since I did not request the Return form within 7 days (from delivery date), I would be unable to return. YOU ONLY HAVE 7 DAYS TO RETURN AN ON-LINE ORDER. Stuck with two dresses that I don't want and can never use! I find the policy restrictive (7 days!) to return items. Feels like David's bridal is trying to dump dresses to compensate for the wedding cancellation pandemic!
Don’t waste your money
My box literally fell apart. It came with a hole in the cheap shrink wrap they used. Essentially this is a cardboard box that they stick your wedding dress in. But here’s the fun part: I opened it since it was useless and they had put A TON OF HUGE STAPLES IN MY LACE GOWN. Oh also huge safety pins. They stretched the off the shoulder sleeves and almost tore them. They also put a ribbon over the waist of my dress? Like a belt? It ruined the look of my dress. Here’s the other fun part: I contacted the preservation company in JULY and they have yet to send a refund or anything. They promised me a check in the mail and now won’t respond to me. Just pay more and go local. I have more to say about this gown preservation cardboard amazon box but I’m watching my language.

I had a great experience, being a bridesmaid and 32 weeks pregnant-Shabana from Westfield Stratford made me try on a dress I thought would be too little for me. I'm very happy she insisted as it worked out perfectly and I felt amazing on the day of the wedding.

Have you ever had someone exceed your expectations, go above and beyond and show you more compassion than you imagined? That is what Kylee did for me.
Kylee helped me find the perfect wedding dress on March 7th with my best friend on a FaceTime call. It was funny because I had an extreme hangover and prayed not to hear the bell! Kylee listened to me and pulled a few perfect options so I would not melt under the Mexican sun. It was a quick appointment, my needs were quickly met and I was thankful not the have heard the bell.
On March 14th I called David’s Bridal in an emotional state. I needed the dress pulled from alterations immediately as it was no longer the dress I was to be married in. My best friend had died that morning and wedding had changed. My best friend was going to marry me and my husband in Mexico and everything was now in the air.
It was a week later I made an appointment to return the dress. While I was there Kylee greeted me and hugged me. I needed that hug more than anyone knew. I made an appointment for the next day so we could get the dress thing solved.
Kylee met me at the door on that Sunday with a hug, flowers and a sparkling beverage. Not knowing what my wedding was going to be she walked me through the aisles of dresses until a few dresses spoke to me. Her conversation, thoughtfulness and carefulness with me were more than I had expected.
I left the store that day with the dress I was to be married in, the dress for a special event and the sparkly shoes I wore to my best friends final service. Kylee even spared me from “the bell”!
Kylee is a rare gem! I appreciate her patience more than words can ever express. She should be a mentor to others as to how you treat a client. I appreciate her more than she will ever know!
As for the all the other staff during these visits and calls, they were accommodating and kind.

Abigail at Market Pointe II @ Spokane Valley Mall helped my niece with her bridal dress selection experience. She was so helpful, skilled, and fun...and I could tell she loved her job. She did a great job and this auntie appreciates it! Thank you, Abigail!
We had a wonderful experience at David's Bridal in East Brunswick last night. My 18 year old was doing for a prom dress and my 14 year old was shopping for a semi-formal dress. Lauren Goodstein, one of the managers at that location helped us. She found 3 prom dresses right away and set my 18 year old up in a dressing room while she found a few items for my 14 year old to try on. We fell in love with dress #1. Lauren was very helpful with the entire process. Thank you Lauren - we say yes to the dress!!!
If I could give a negative star I would!! Customer service by the manager at a store level is horrendous and the “case” managers at Corporate are just as bad!! It takes them a week or longer to call you back. They have the return policy set up so they are guaranteed the business because they don’t offer refunds after 7 days!! This company is a joke and are ripping people off!! No wonder they filed bankruptcy!! Do NOT buy from this company
I went to David’s bridal in Stratford with my mum to get her dress for my wedding. The experience was so great. Shaz helped to guide us in the direction of dresses that mum would like, and was really helpful In terms of helping to narrow down the perfect dress for her.
Reason for 4 stars , rather than 5, is the limited selection for plus size women. But overall the experience was great. Thanks Shaz & David’s bridal team!
I was to meet my future daughter-in-law and did not have the address of the correct store. I went to the store on Bluemound Rd. In Brookfield, WI. A young woman, named Khadija, helped me with the address and phone number of the correct store. She was wonderful. Even though there were groups waiting, she still took the time to help me, and sent me on my way with the needed information.
I visited as soon as lockdown restrictions were lifted and couldn’t have received a warmer or more professional welcoming. I was then introduced to Emma who was my bridal consultant and she couldn’t have been more helpful or lovely. I asked her millions of questions and she wasn’t phased in the slightest and helped me find my dream dress.
I went to David's Bridal in West Palm Beach, and Ross helped me find the perfect dress. Honestly it was the first time I walked in, and he was so energetic, and eager to help me what exactly what I needed. Because he was so efficient in his work, knowledge, and ability to understand my likes and dislikes for my wedding gown, I wound up ACTUALLY finding the right dress within a matter of under 1 hour. He also helped me understand what alterations may appear for the dress, helped me book my alteration appointment, and really took the time to help me find the right accessories to add to the dress. The dress I ultimately chose was one I didn't even see! He found it for me, after hearing me about what my likes and dislikes are for a dress, he just knew. This man is a wonderful people listener, wonderful helper, so eager to help, and seriously so kind and nice. He made my experience with David's Bridal a 5 star experience. I purchased my dress on the same visit, and couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Ross, you're a true team player, a great helper, and thanks to you - my wedding will now be even more special because of the dress you found that fits EXACTLY what I wanted! :)
Horrible and would absolutely not recommend DB to anyone. I ordered my dress in store February 2020. After the pandemic hit they advised me to check in occasionally. So, I called once a month to make sure it would be in on time, and each time they said it would be in by June 1st (wedding in late July) and that they would call me when it arrived. I waited, but eventually June 14th rolls around and was told it was a little behind but would definitely be in on time. By the beginning of July I started to panic a bit, so I called again and they said it wouldn’t be in until August. Now, I understand that things were nuts but I called multiple times to check in and they didn’t even bother to call me and let me know it wasn’t coming on time. Since it would arrive after the wedding I canceled the order and found a secondhand dress online. Our 10-person wedding went wonderfully. While I was on my honeymoon they called to say my dress had come in. They refused to issue me a refund unless I came into the store which I did not feel comfortable doing. Eventually my husband called and got a refund, but the whole thing was just ridiculous. Go somewhere else so that you don’t end up without a dress for your wedding.
This was so amazing to meet the most kind people ( Pat & Jannicha) thank you for helping my sister find the one!
